Identify where you stand with your values

Instructions

Now that you’ve reflected on your values and what’s important to you, map out how your life is looking.

Reflect on these questions.

  1. What really matters to you, deep in your heart?

Deep in my heart it matters to me that I experience life from presence as best I can. To do this I study with the Diamond Approach where mediation and self inquiry supports growth. I have a great sense of justice and I believe in people’s ability to change with optimisation. What matters is the immediacy of the moment.

2. What do you want to do with your time on this planet? I want to be the best I can be within myself and to be good at my ability to support others as a counsellor.

3. What sort of person do you want to be?

I want to be myself, happy, content, able to adapt, support justice for all, I want to keep learning about myself and life.

4. What personal strengths or qualities do you want to develop

The strengths I’d like to develop, while body listening, following the nervous systems ability to resolve trauma, increase touch skills and deep awareness, professional skills  confidence, and to engage my professional life whilst also enjoying my regular life.

3. Decide whether you would give yourself a score between 1 to 5 for the questions below, where 1 is the lowest value and 5 is the highest.
